Ginger Honey Glazed String Beans

INGREDIENTS: String Beans, Garlic, Macadamia nuts, Coarse red Hawaiian Sea Salt, Olive oil, Lime juice and Kauai Farmacy Ginger Honey and Curry Spice Blend. Cream sauce: Cashews, Ginger Honey, Lime juice, Spring Water and Kauai Farmacy Savory Blend (all organic).

SERVINGS: one

KITCHEN TOOLS: Mixing bowl, sharp knife, garlic press and cutting board.

RECIPE:

  1. Heat oil in the pan
  2. Crush 3 cloves of garlic through the garlic press and add to the pan
  3. Wait until garlic is nice and hot, then add small amount of water and stir garlic and water together
  4. Add string beans to steam; Run knife through ¼ cup of whole macadamia nuts and add to the pan
  5. Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of Curry
  6. Squeeze the juice from half a lime
  7. Drizzle Ginger Honey over string beans; Separately, blend together, cashews, lime juice, sea salt, spring water and Kauai Farmacy savory blend in a high speed blender until thick and creamy
  8. Plate string beans and spoonful of creamy cashew sauce topped with a drizzle of Ginger Honey. Garnish with parsley leaf, parsley flowers, pineapple sage blossoms or edible flowers of your choosing!

Turmeric Honey Sauteed Vegetables

INGREDIENTS:  Bele Spinach, Carrots, Cabbage, Onion, Broccoli, String Beans, Garlic, Coarse red Hawaiian Sea Salt, Olive oil, Lime juice and Kauai Farmacy Turmeric Honey and Curry Spice Blend. Side: Sprouted Clover (all organic).

KITCHEN TOOLS: Sharp knife, garlic press, Sauté pan, and cutting board.

RECIPE:

  1. Chop/slice all veggies into bite size pieces
  2. Heat oil in the pan
  3. Crush 3 cloves of garlic through the garlic press and add to the pan wait until garlic is nice and hot, then add small amount of water and stir garlic and water together
  4. Clean spinach thoroughly, remove stems and large leaf veins and add to pan to steam when Bele spinach has reduced to half its size, remove from pan in a holding bowl
  5. Add onions to sauté for a couple of minutes, followed by remaining veggies to steam
  6. Add Bele Spinach back into the pan to combine all ingredients together
  7. Squeeze lime juice into the pan
  8. Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of Curry
  9. Drizzle Turmeric Honey over the veggies and stir to coat evenly
  10. Plate sautéed vegetables alongside a heaping handful of sprouted clover
  11. Dress the clover with a light drizzle of Turmeric Honey
  12. Garnish with chives, parsley flowers, or edible flowers of your choosing!

Allspice Honey Banana Nut Cereal

INGREDIENTS:  Apple-bananas (not apples – these are the sweet small tropical bananas that are called apple bananas, but regular bananas will do just fine), cashews, macadamia nuts, pecans, coconut milk, papaya, mint, pineapple sage blossoms and Kauai Farmacy Allspice Honey (all organic).

SERVINGS: one

KITCHEN TOOLS: Sharp knife, food processor, high speed blender and cutting board.

RECIPE:

  1. Add 1 cup total of mixed, unsalted, nuts, one pinch of Kauai Farmacy Endurance powder and one tablespoon of Allspice Honey to food processor
  2. Run food processor until the consistency resembles wet sand
  3. dice bananas
  4. combine all ingredients into bowl or cup
  5. Separately, blend coconut meat and coconut water together in high-speed blender to make coconut milk
  6. Pour coconut milk over banana-nut-cereal and mix together
  7. Place bowl on larger plate; remove seeds and skin from papaya
  8. slice and plate papaya
  9. Lightly drizzle Allspice Honey on top of cereal and fresh papaya
  10. Garnish with sliced banana and mint
  11. Enjoy!

Cardamom Coconut Pudding

INGREDIENTS:  Coconut Meat, Coconut Water, Pineapple Sage blossoms, Mint, Kauai Farmacy Cardamom Honey (all organic).

RECIPE:

  1. Blend 2:1 parts coconut meat to Coconut water until thick and creamy
  2. Pour into bowl or teacup; Generously drizzle Cardamom Honey in a swirl-like motion
  3. Garnish with pineapple sage blossoms or choice of edible flowers and mint
  4. Enjoy!
